• 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for Ready-to-Wear items.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original luxury packaging with all tags attached.

• Exclusions: Due to their bespoke nature, Custom-Stitched garments and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

• How to Return: Please contact us at hello@chereelysia.com to begin the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• Care for your Heritage: Our Silks and Tissues are delicate. We recommend Dry Clean Only to preserve the gold 'Kasavu' borders and the integrity of the fabric for years to come.
